The Opportunity This is a field-based, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

You may be working in luxury apartments, high-end homes, hotels or commercial environments, delivering exceptional finishes to discerning clients.

Full training is provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone with a practical mindset and strong work ethic, or for experienced technicians looking to specialise further.

Key Responsibilities Technical Duties

• Prepare surfaces including baths, shower trays and sanitaryware for restoration
• Carry out repairs and refinishing work to a high standard
• Apply specialist coatings using professional spray techniques
• Ensure all work meets strict quality and finish standards
• Maintain tools, equipment, materials and company vehicle Customer & Service Delivery
• Represent the business professionally on-site
• Build strong relationships with customers and site contacts
• Provide a high level of service and maintain excellent communication
• Resolve minor issues on-site and escalate where needed Operational Responsibilities
• Travel across London and the Home Counties
• Manage daily workload and appointments efficiently
• Complete job records, reports and photographic documentation
• Maintain stock levels and request materials when required Health & Safety
• Follow all company health & safety procedures
• Use PPE appropriately and work safely with equipment and materials
• Carry out risk assessments where required What We’re Looking For We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and are motivated to deliver high-quality results.

Essential Full UK driving licence Strong attention to detail and practical skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good communication and customer service skills Professional, reliable and positive attitude Desirable Experience in spray painting, refinishing or restoration Background in automotive, SMART repair, decorating, bodyshop or similar CSCS Card or DBS clearance Experience in customer-facing roles What’s on Offer
