The Opportunity

This is a field-based, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You may be working in luxury apartments, high-end homes, hotels or commercial environments, delivering exceptional finishes to discerning clients. Full training is provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone with a practical mindset and strong work ethic, or for experienced technicians looking to specialise further.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Duties
    • Prepare surfaces including baths, shower trays and sanitaryware for restoration
    • Carry out repairs and refinishing work to a high standard
    • Apply specialist coatings using professional spray techniques
    • Ensure all work meets strict quality and finish standards
    • Maintain tools, equipment, materials and company vehicle
  • Customer & Service Delivery
    • Represent the business professionally on-site
    • Build strong relationships with customers and site contacts
    • Provide a high level of service and maintain excellent communication
    • Resolve minor issues on-site and escalate where needed
  • Operational Responsibilities
    • Travel across London and the Home Counties
    • Manage daily workload and appointments efficiently
    • Complete job records, reports and photographic documentation
    • Maintain stock levels and request materials when required
  • Health & Safety
    • Follow all company health & safety procedures
    • Use PPE appropriately and work safely with equipment and materials
    • Carry out risk assessments where required

Essential

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Background in automotive, SMART repair, decorating, bodyshop or similar
  • CSCS Card or DBS clearance
