The Role
As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, management and performance of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance. You will lead a dedicated team, creating a stable, nurturing and child-centred environment where young people can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong, effective leadership to the residential care team.
- Ensure the home operates in full compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes Regulations.
- Deliver outstanding, child-focused care and promote positive outcomes.
- Lead on safeguarding and ensure the welfare of all children remains the highest priority.
