This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Children s Home Manager with a strong Ofsted track record who thrives in improvement environments and is passionate about driving positive change for children and young people.
The home supports young people aged 8-14 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, using PACE and therapeutic parenting approaches to create a safe and nurturing environment.
The Opportunity
This role will focus on leading the home through improvement and strengthening quality standards following a recent Ofsted rating of Requires Improvement.
