Working hours: This is a permanent opportunity, based in Darlaston.

The role: As Registered Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission—leading a skilled team, ensuring regulatory excellence, and championing the wellbeing of every child in our care. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes and maintain our high standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the home in line with Ofsted regulations and company values
  • Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead
  • Supervise and develop a multidisciplinary team
  • Oversee operational, financial, and quality assurance processes
  • Promote trauma-informed care and positive behaviour support
  • Build strong partnerships with families, professionals, and the local community

Qualifications:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to achieve)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in children's residential care
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion
