The Opportunity
This is a field-based, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You may be working in luxury apartments, high-end homes, hotels or commercial environments, delivering exceptional finishes to discerning clients. Full training is provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone with a practical mindset and strong work ethic, or for experienced technicians looking to specialise further.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Duties
- Prepare surfaces including baths, shower trays and sanitaryware for restoration
- Carry out repairs and refinishing work to a high standard
- Apply specialist coatings using professional spray techniques
- Ensure all work meets strict quality and finish standards
- Maintain tools, equipment, materials and company vehicle
Customer & Service Delivery
- Represent the business professionally on-site
- Build strong relationships with customers and site contacts
- Provide a high level of service and maintain excellent communication
- Resolve minor issues on-site and escalate where needed
Operational Responsibilities
- Travel across London and the Home Counties
- Manage daily workload and appointments efficiently
- Complete job records, reports and photographic documentation
- Maintain stock levels and request materials when required
Health & Safety
- Follow all company health & safety procedures
- Use PPE appropriately and work safely with equipment and materials
- Carry out risk assessments where required

Essential
- Full UK driving licence

- Background in automotive, SMART repair, decorating, bodyshop or similar
- CSCS Card or DBS clearance
- Experience in customer-facing roles
