Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home Ramsgate, Kent Up to £60,000 per annum (DOE) Diamond Search Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a leading provider of specialist children's residential care to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for a residential home based in Ramsgate, Kent.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a high-quality service, ensuring outstanding outcomes for children and young people while developing and supporting a committed care team.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, compliance, and operational performance. You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where children and young people can thrive, while maintaining compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Significant experience managing a Children's Residential Home
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)
  • Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People's Workforce (or equivalent)
  • Strong working knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
  • Experience within an LD and/or EBD setting would be advantageous
  • A full UK driving licence
