Property Lister/Valuer – Loughton
The Package
Basic Salary: £23,000 – £28,000 depending on experience (Additional guaranteed earnings first 4 months)
On Target Earnings: £40,000 (Uncapped)
Location: Loughton
Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (Alternate weekends)

The Job
- Customers experience starts with YOU! So, whether you are helping people to buy or sell their home, you will need to make them feel welcomed and looked after as soon as you meet them.
- Assisting to successfully present and negotiate offers and helping where necessary to progress and manage sales
- Our client provides a Premium Service so you could be prospecting for new properties to sell, arranging viewings, or booking appointments for the additional services they supply such as mortgages, conveyancing etc.,
- Successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping vendors sell their homes for the best price and with the best service and support possible
- Keep abreast of current market conditions and have a good knowledge of your local market developing a reputation for being an expert in your field
- Identifying new leads and generating new business to improve performance

The Person
- You will need a lot of get up and go together with pace, passion and enthusiasm!

Your commission is personal to your results and in your first year you can expect to earn up to £40,000 However, as you develop your skills and progress up the promotional ladder, your earnings can easily reach 3 or 4 times that amount!
