A rapidly growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding project delivery team. The organisation delivers secure, scalable and innovative IT, cloud, telecoms and support services to a diverse client base. This role is key to ensuring high‑quality project execution and a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of technical IT projects, including Microsoft 365 migrations, cloud transitions, network refreshes, telecoms deployments, backup and disaster recovery solutions, and onboarding new clients into the managed service environment. This is not a hands‑on engineering role, but a strong technical understanding and MSP background is essential. You will work closely with Project Engineers, Service Delivery, Sales and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to commercial expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver cloud, Microsoft 365, network, backup/ DR and telecoms projects
- Manage onboarding of new clients into the MSP environment
- Maintain project documentation, RAID logs and governance
- Coordinate internal engineering resources and third parties for project execution
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
