About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a successful and driven Managing Director in a rapidly growing business. With ongoing expansion, we're looking for someone exceptional to step into a unique and busy role. This is not your traditional PA position—no stuffy boardroom minutes or rigid routines. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can anticipate needs before they arise, and has a strong personality fit with the MD and wider team.
About You: You're highly organised, detail-obsessed, and thrive in a support role where you're the go-to person to get things done. You have a strong sense of discretion and understand the importance of confidentiality. You'll need a good sense of humour, emotional intelligence, and the confidence to manage multiple tasks without getting flustered. The MD is meticulous and incredibly busy, so a sharp eye for detail and the ability to align with his preferences is key. You're not here to plan his personal life – but you will help run his working one.
Responsibilities:
- Organise the MD's internal diary
- Book meetings, working lunches, dinners, and events
- Coordinate MD and client overseas trips and travel logistics (flights, hotels, tickets)
- Take accurate minutes during internal meetings
- Handle day-to-day administration and support tasks to keep the MD organised and operating efficiently
- Ensure nothing slips through the cracks in a fast-paced environment
