Diamond Search Recruitment is proud to be representing our client in the recruitment of an exceptional Dual Registered Manager to lead two children’s residential homes based in Melksham, Wiltshire. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care and achieving outstanding outcomes for children and young people. The Role Working in close partnership with Wiltshire County Council, you will be responsible for the leadership, management, and operational oversight of two children’s residential services. Key responsibilities include: * Holding Ofsted registration for two children’s residential homes * Providing inspirational leadership and clear direction across both services * Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, child-centred, trauma-informed care * Promoting a strong safeguarding culture and positive outcomes for young people * Ensuring full compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards * Leading, developing, and supporting staff teams to achieve their full potential * Working collaboratively with local authorities, external professionals, and families * Driving continuous improvement and maintaining outstanding standards About You To be successful in this role, you will: * Be an experienced Registered Manager within children’s residential care * Hold, or be willing to work towards, the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management * Have a strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and inspections * Be confident managing multiple services while maintaining exceptional quality * Be resilient, passionate, and committed to improving the lives of young people * Value partnership working and collaborative, multi-agency practice What’s on Offer * Competitive salary of £70,000 – £75,000 per annum * £12,000 joining bonus * Excellent professional development and career progression opportunities * Ongoing training and leadership development * Supportive senior leadership within a values-led organisation If you are an experienced Registered Manager looking for your next senior leadership challenge, we would love to hear from you.
