A leading high-end residential technology integrator is seeking an exceptional Senior Audio Visual & Smart Home Engineer to join their specialist delivery team. This organisation partners with architects, interior designers and developers to deliver world-class smart home, cinema and automation systems within prime and super-prime residential properties. This is a rare opportunity for a highly skilled engineer who values craftsmanship, precision and technical excellence.
The Role
- Take ownership of the technical delivery of high-value smart home and AV projects, ensuring systems are installed, configured and commissioned to the highest standard.
- Installing, configuring and commissioning Crestron, Control4, Lutron, Rako, Cisco and Ruckus systems.
- Delivering multi-room audio, home cinema and lighting-control systems.
- Translating technical drawings and schematics into flawless on-site execution.
- Leading client demonstrations, testing and handover.
- Supporting and mentoring junior engineers.
- Upholding strict quality, performance and aesthetic standards.
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in high-end residential AV / smart home integration.
- Strong expertise in Crestron, Control4 and Lutron programming/commissioning.
- Excellent understanding of network infrastructure and system connectivity.
- Meticulous, detail-driven and committed to delivering premium-level work.
- Confident communicator with clients, contractors and design teams.
- Able to work independently and maintain composure under pressure.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ideally based within 25 miles of Maidstone.
