This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced L&D professional with a background in education to drive learning strategy, support professional development, and embed a strong learning culture across the organisation.

The Role

  • Design and deliver impactful learning programmes across operational and leadership teams
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify skills gaps and training needs
  • Manage and optimise the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Support apprenticeships and professional development pathways
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness using data and reporting

About You

  • Proven L&D experience within education (essential)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and programme delivery skills
  • Experience with LMS systems and learning design
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Desirable:

  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent qualification in L&D or HR.
  • Experience with regulatory frameworks such as CQC Ofsted, Skills for Care.
  • Knowledge of the Apprenticeship Levy and ESFA funding rules.
  • Experience designing blended learning and eLearning content.
  • (Candidates may have previously been a teacher but must bring L&D experience.)
