Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm

We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic and hands-on IT Support Technician to oversee and support the firm’s IT function across multiple office locations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes ownership of tasks and is confident working independently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and improving the firm’s IT infrastructure, supporting staff with day-to-day IT issues and ensuring systems remain secure, efficient and reliable.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and support the firm’s case management system, including Partner for Windows (Tikit).
- Provide hands-on support for hardware, software and IT-related issues across the firm.
- Manage user accounts, onboarding and IT setup for new starters.
