This is a high-impact, senior role where you will directly influence enquiry generation, conversion rates, and overall digital performance.
The Role
As Head of Digital Marketing, you will lead and optimise the performance of multiple group websites, ensuring they function as effective lead generation tools rather than static brand sites. You will take a hands‑on and strategic approach, focusing on:
- Driving qualified leads and improving conversion rates
- Strengthening SEO performance across all brands

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a group‑wide website marketing strategy
- Own and improve website performance, including CRO, SEO, and lead generation
- Analyse user behaviour and website performance data to drive improvements
- Optimise landing pages, enquiry flows, and conversion journeys
- Lead SEO strategy (technical, on‑page, content, and keyword planning)
- Collaborate with sales, content, design, and development teams
- Deliver A/B testing, funnel optimisation, and performance improvements
- Build reporting dashboards and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Monitor competitor activity and identify growth opportunities
About You
You will be a commercially focused digital marketing leader who understands how to turn website traffic into meaningful business enquiries. You will:

- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action
- Experience with tools such as GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Desirable
- Experience across multi‑brand or multi‑site environments
- Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Shopify, Webflow)
- Understanding of CRM integration (e.g. HubSpot)
