Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, a well-established and market-leading organisation, in the search for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join their team on a fixed-term basis until the end of January 2027. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional who can hit the ground running with minimal onboarding. The successful candidate will bring strong B2B digital marketing experience, excellent campaign management skills, and a proactive approach to delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Build and maintain HubSpot campaigns and marketing automation workflows
- Oversee PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
- Support SEO and paid social activity to drive engagement and lead generation
- Monitor analytics, reporting, and ROI performance metrics
- Coordinate content and copywriting activity across campaigns
- Collaborate with content, design, and commercial teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives
- Manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders effectively and independently
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a B2B digital marketing role
- Strong HubSpot campaign management and automation experience
- Hands-on PPC management experience (Google Ads and Meta Ads)
- Good understanding of SEO and paid social strategies
- Experience with analytics, reporting, and campaign performance optimisation
- Strong copywriting and content coordination skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and deliver at pace
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with excellent organisational skills
