Head of Paid Media in Folkestone

Head of Paid Location: Kent (Hybrid/Remote) Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 DOE + Benefits Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm (37.5 hours per week) Diamond Search Recruitment are proud to represent our client in the search for a talented Head of Paid. This senior leadership role involves shaping the Paid Media vision, driving innovation and developing a high-performing team across Paid Search, Paid Social and emerging channels. Key Responsibilities * Create and lead the Paid Media strategy * Innovate across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads and new platforms * Guide team training, development and performance * Drive ethical, effective adoption of AI and automation * Collaborate with senior leaders across the business * Support commercial teams with proposals and pitches * Ensure delivery excellence through processes, documentation and performance tracking What We’re Looking For * Senior Paid Media leadership experience (agency background ideal) * Expertise across major paid advertising platforms * Ability to turn insights into actionable strategy * Strong communicator with excellent client handling skills * Passion for innovation, AI, creativity and performance * Experience with GA4, Looker Studio or emerging tech (nice to have) Benefits * Hybrid/remote working * Real Living Wage employer * Professional development & certifications * Health cash plan for you and your children * EAP & wellbeing support * Generous annual leave + birthday off + volunteering day * Social events & strong team culture Interested?
