Diamond Search Recruitment is representing a leading organisation seeking a professional, proactive, and highly organised Executive Assistant to join their Executive Support team on a fixed-term contract. This pivotal role provides high-level, confidential support to the Executive Team, ensuring smooth executive operations, effective communication, and strong governance support. You will work closely with senior leaders, managing complex diaries, correspondence, and priorities, and supporting Board, Committee, and divisional activities. The role also involves project and event support and executive travel coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage diaries, emails, and correspondence for Executive Team members
- Prepare executives for meetings, including briefings and forward planning
- Produce high-quality reports, papers, and presentations
- Organise and service Board, Committee, and divisional meetings (agendas, minutes, action tracking)
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements and itineraries
- Provide project and administrative support across executive priorities
