The Role

  • Lead and manage a children’s residential home
  • Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and safeguarding standards
  • Deliver high-quality, child-centred care
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a committed staff team
  • Manage budgets, resources, and day-to-day operations
  • Work closely with professionals to achieve positive outcomes

About You

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care
  • Strong understanding of legislation, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Workforce
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards)
  • Full UK driving licence
