You’ll be the first point of contact, delivering personal, professional property maintenance advice to ensure our landlords and tenants receive exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:

Managing property issues efficiently and ensuring compliance with our procedures.

Overseeing the key register and contractor database.

Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and our lettings offices to coordinate tenancy work.

Quickly resolving or escalating issues to maintain excellent service standards.

Training and mentoring team members to foster growth.

Proven experience in lettings or property management.

Basic Salary: £25,100
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (with 2 shorter days ending at 5:00 pm) and the option to work from home 1 day per week
