We're recruiting an experienced Regional Support Manager to strengthen and support a network of children's residential homes across the Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire region. Key Responsibilities
- Provide parachute and interim support to Registered Managers and homes
- Deliver audits, coaching, and mentoring to drive best practice
- Stabilise services and maintain Ofsted compliance and high care standards
- Support teams to create safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environments
