Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality audits across children's homes and supported accommodation settings
- Assess compliance against regulatory frameworks and internal quality standards
- Produce clear, accurate audit reports and recommendations
- Support services in implementing improvements
- Work collaboratively with managers to drive quality, safeguarding and best practice
- Regular travel to sites across the region (3 days per week minimum onsite)
Key Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of The Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015
- Strong working knowledge of The Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023
- Experience in auditing, inspection or quality assessment in children's social care
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly
- Excellent communication, report-writing and analytical skills
- Strong commitment to safeguarding, quality and continuous improvement
