Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will play a key role in leading the team, maintaining quality standards and ensuring exceptional care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Registered Manager with day-to-day service leadership
- Supervise and mentor support staff

About You
- Experience working in children’s residential care
