Diamond Search Recruitment is supporting a specialist care provider seeking a Deputy Manager to support the leadership of a residential service for young people with learning disabilities and complex health needs. Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will play a key role in leading the team, maintaining quality standards and ensuring exceptional care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Registered Manager with day-to-day service leadership
  • Supervise and mentor support staff
  • Ensure high standards of safeguarding and care
  • Assist with staff rotas, training and performance management
  • Support Ofsted inspections and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain accurate care records and reports

About You
  • Experience working in children’s residential care
  • Previous senior or team leader experience desirable
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and care standards
  • Passionate about supporting young people with complex needs
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
