The Role
As Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating and developing the branch team
- Driving new business, instructions and revenue
- Building strong relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers and applicants
- Overseeing property sales and/or lettings performance
- Setting and achieving branch targets and KPIs
- Managing valuations, negotiations and key client relationships
- Ensuring excellent customer service and high professional standards
- Monitoring market activity and identifying new business opportunities
- Supporting recruitment, training and staff development
- Ensuring compliance with relevant property legislation and company procedures About You You'll ideally have:
- Proven experience within the property sector
- Previous branch management or senior property experience
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- A successful track record of winning new business
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- A target-driven, commercially minded approach
- Strong knowledge of the local property market
