The Role – As Associate Account Director, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering digital strategies that align with client objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.

You’ll act as a trusted strategic partner, guiding clients through performance, innovation, and growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Translating client objectives into clear, actionable digital strategies with defined KPIs

Leading senior client communications and building long-term stakeholder relationships

*

Creating strategic roadmaps, delivering business reviews, and identifying growth opportunities

*

Using data, insight, and innovation (including AI-driven approaches) to improve performance

*

Championing best practice across multi-channel digital campaigns

What the Associate Account Director should demonstrate:

Commercially minded, analytically strong, and confident operating at a senior client level.

Proven experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns within an agency environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear strategy

Google Analytics and Google Ads certification (or actively working towards)
