The Role

As an Inbound Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for new enquiries, responsible for qualifying leads, preparing quotations and guiding customers through the sales journey through to order confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound enquiries via phone, email, website and referrals
  • Qualify customer requirements, timelines, budgets and objectives
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed sales orders, achieving set KPIs
  • Prepare and issue quotations and ensure timely follow-up
  • Process new orders accurately to avoid delays
  • Provide a high level of customer service and ongoing client communication
  • Handle inbound calls and follow up warm leads to maximise opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery

Essential:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
