As our Care Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent care for our residents.
- Ideally you should hold a Level 3 or Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care
- Deputise for the Registered Manager during their absence
- Manage staff rotas and ensure adequate coverage
- Be the first point of contact for staff and residents with daily queries
- Support a high standard of care and promote independence and wellbeing
