Store Manager – Luxury Jewellery | Lakeside Up to £35,000 + Quarterly Bonus | Diamonds Factory Do you know how to turn a great store into a high-performing one? Are you an experienced jewellery or luxury retail leader who loves developing people and creating memorable customer experiences? The role Diamonds Factory is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Lakeside store. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands premium retail. You’ll take ownership of the store’s commercial performance, lead and develop your team, and ensure every customer receives the personal, knowledgeable service expected when buying jewellery for life’s biggest moments. You’ll be visible on the shop floor, supporting customers, coaching your team and creating an environment where people want to perform.
