The role Neve Jewels Group is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Leeds store.
This is a hands-on role where no two days will feel the same.
You will work closely with the Store Manager to keep the store running smoothly, support the team and help drive sales.
You will be visible on the shop floor, leading by example and making sure every customer receives a warm, personal and professional experience.
The role is full-time, working 40 hours across any five out of seven days, including weekends and bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities You will
- Support, coach and motivate the sales team
- Help the team meet and exceed individual and store targets
- Lead daily operations when the Store Manager is unavailable
- Assist with rotas, stocktakes, training and health and safety
