Diamond Dental Staff are looking to fill multiple Dental Nursing roles within our client's growing, modern, 6 surgery dental practice in Hertfordshire, and are happy to open this opportunity up for all levels of experience.
There are opportunities for the following roles within nursing:
- Trainee Dental Nurse
- Qualified Dental Nurse
- Head or Lead Dental Nurse
- Dental Administrator
- Treatment Coordinator

Dependent on the role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Clinical management and patient care: The Head Dental Nurse must oversee the dental nursing team, ensuring that all clinical protocols and procedures are followed properly, and also ensure that patients are receiving high-quality dental care.
- Training and development: The Head Dental Nurse is responsible for training new dental nurses, providing support and guidance to the team and for implementing continuing professional development activities.
- Record keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all patient treatments, monitoring the dental nurse team's progress, and for creating reports.
- Stock ordering: Dental Nurses are responsible for the ordering of dental materials and equipment on a weekly basis.
- Health and safety: Ensuring health and safety practices are followed and also ensuring that the practice is clean, well-organised, and appropriately stocked at all times.
- Communication: Building strong relationships with staff, patients, and third-party organisations such as suppliers and insurance companies.
