Overview

We’re expanding our UK team and looking for a Community Manager to lead our network of ambassadors and strengthen relationships across diaspora communities. If you’re passionate about community engagement and want to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Community Manager resident, you will be the link between our brand and the communities we serve in the UK. You will oversee local ambassadors, build partnerships with community leaders, and represent our brand across real community spaces — from local shops and cultural events to online groups and social platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and support community ambassadors across key UK regions.
  • Build strong relationships with community leaders, influencers, and organizations.
  • Represent the brand at events, markets, and community gatherings.
  • Plan and coordinate small events, activations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Gather feedback and insights to improve our products and services.
  • Serve as the primary representative of the brand within your community.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in community engagement, outreach, or marketing (experience in remittance or financial services is an advantage).
  • Active involvement in local diaspora or cultural communities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple initiatives.
