We have an opportunity for an individual to join our team at Redditch in a fueller shunter / cleaning position. The role plays an essential part looking after our fleet of buses, which transport our valued customers of the Redditch community to their desired location. Ideally, we are looking for an individual with a proactive 'can do' attitude, who works well on their own initiative, but also effectively communicates with the rest of the team. It is essential that we build on our current team with an individual that has a positive attitude and willingness to learn. The role will include working shifts, both 'late' and 'nights' over the 7 day week on a roster.
Responsibilities
- Fuelling and parking all PCV vehicles upon return to the depot
- Carrying out external vehicle cleaning using an automatic bus wash facility
- Ensuring vehicles are topped up with oil, coolant and ad blue as necessary
- Undertaking security tasks to ensure the site remains safe and secure
- Ensuring health & safety regulations and safe working practices are adhered to
- Cleaning buses to a high standard
Essential Qualifications
- Category B (Car) Driving license.
