Our local government client in Haringey, Greater London, is seeking a dedicated Contract Feedback and Resolutions Officer to join their team temporarily. This role involves handling feedback, resolving issues, and ensuring effective communication between the organisation and its stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in providing feedback and resolving issues in an administrative or clerical capacity, demonstrating excellent organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. The position offers an initial three-month contract, with potential for extension dependent on performance. The hourly rate is £20.00 PAYE or £26.00 via Umbrella/Ltd, inside IR35.
- Proven experience as a Feedback and Resolutions Officer or similar role involving administrative and clerical duties.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage sensitive issues diplomatically.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
