Description
Our local government clients are recruiting a Service Coordinator to assist the management team in delivering services and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Act as Shift Lead for a specified period, as needed for operational purposes.
- Ensure activities are delivered according to the plan.
- Serve as the first point of contact for emergent issues, escalating to management when necessary.
Essential Qualifications
- GCSE Grade (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.
- Health and Social Care Qualification at level 2 or equivalent.
- Desirable: Health and Social Care Qualification at level 3 or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Social Media, and CRM systems.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience (to be evaluated at shortlisting)
- Understanding of relevant legislation and quality standards.
- Experience with person-centred approaches and community-based care delivery.
- Awareness of specialist equipment health and safety protocols.
- Strong communication skills.
