Care Worker – Residential Care

Description Covering any shift work for those who may not already have a placement. Responsibility The worker must be energetic and proactive, encouraging the service user to participate in activities. Qualification – Essential GCSE Grade (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics. Safeguarding & Protection Certificate / Medication Administration. Food Hygiene Certificate / Manual Handling Certificate. First Aid Certificate Intermediate – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), social media. Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience Requirements – Criteria to be Evaluated at the Shortlisting Stage.
