The Opportunity
We are looking for a junior to mid-level Artworker who is eager to develop their skills and build a long-term career in both technical artwork and digital print production. This role will initially focus on artwork, with full training provided to progress into a balanced 50/50 Artwork / Digital Print position over time. If you are detail-oriented, technically minded, and motivated to learn, we will provide the tools, training, and support to help you grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and prepare production-ready artwork
- Work from briefs to ensure designs are accurate and suitable for manufacture
- Support the Sales team and colleagues in gaining artwork approval
- Prepare files for print and production
- Organise and maintain artwork file systems
As You Develop (Full Training Provided)
- Learn to operate large-format digital printers (UV & solvent)
- Set up artwork correctly for print production
- Check colour consistency, quality, and accuracy
- Support additional production processes such as laminating and cutting
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- Some experience in artwork, design, or graphics (commercial or educational)
- Basic skills in CorelDRAW or similar design software
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Positive attitude with a team-focused mindset
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Exposure to print, signage, or manufacturing environments
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Interest in hands-on production work
