Are you an experienced senior renal nurse ready to shape clinical care across a network of dialysis services?
This is an opportunity to provide strategic nursing leadership, support Clinic Managers and nursing teams, and drive improvements in patient safety, clinical quality and patient outcomes.
You will:
- Lead clinical standards and evidence-based nursing practice across multiple sites.
- Strengthen clinical governance, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
- Lead quality and service improvement initiatives.
- Support the development of Clinic Managers and nursing teams.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders as a visible clinical leader.
You’ll need:
- Full, current NMC registration and relevant nursing qualifications.
- Extensive senior nursing leadership and management experience.
- Strong renal or dialysis experience, ideally in haemodialysis.
- Proven expertise in clinical governance, quality assurance and patient safety.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
- A track record of leading teams and delivering measurable service improvements.
- Flexibility to travel between clinic locations.
