We're hiring an experienced SDR to join Dialr, an AI platform transforming recruitment. Dialr enables recruitment agencies to automate candidate screening calls using AI, allowing recruiters to focus on placing candidates instead of spending hours on the phone. This is a closing role. You'll own the sales process from outbound prospecting through to signed customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting (phone, LinkedIn and email)
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline
  • Run the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close
  • Cold calling almost every day to start off
  • Consistently exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Work directly with the founders to shape our go-to-market strategy

What we're looking for:

  • 3 years' experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
  • Strong outbound prospecting experience
  • Excellent commercial awareness and objection handling
  • Highly motivated, competitive and results-driven
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
