About The Role

• Delivering clear and engaging demos that show off Dialrs features
• Managing the full sales cycle from demo to close ensuring a smooth experience
• Account managing ensuring smooth client experience post signup.
• Work with other members within the business to increase marketing results, customer satisfaction and industry insights.

You\’ll Be A Great Fit If..

• You have previous recruitment experience and thus understand the pain points of what recruitment companies need.
• You have experience in closing businesses, winning new clients and negotiating terms.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport and gain customer trust.
• Ability to work independently, as a remote role and you need to hold yourself accountable.
• Creative spirit, bring new ideas, help us improve daily and work with the team.
