About Dialr
Dialr is a tech SaaS product where we do everything AI for Recruitment Companies. Dialr is an AI system that makes cold calls, candidate calls as well as features to make recruiters' lives easy.
The role involves:
- Full-time: 9:00am to 5:00pm
- However, the ideal candidate will understand that hours are not always so predictable and they should be flexible and willing to help out where required.
- There may be the opportunity to spend part of the week working from home and we will also be as flexible as we can be to suit your needs.

The role:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Drafting letters and emails
- Arranging the diary
- Managing workload
- Admin duties
- Answering staff and customer queries by email and/or phone
- Taking minutes at meetings
- Conducting research
- Compiling quotes for new business and assisting with tender applications
- Creating and/or sending invoices
- Chasing late payments
- Calculating customer budgets
- Issuing both employment and customer contracts
- Conducting 1st interviews with potential candidates for office vacancies and arranging 2nd interviews with the Director according to their schedule.
- Dealing with staff payroll queries.
- Other ad hoc administrative duties
- Performing any other relevant tasks as and when required of you by the Administration Director
