Your role
As a Revenue Intelligence Analyst, you’ll design, build, and maintain scalable revenue dashboards that power execution discipline and forecast confidence across Dialpad’s global revenue organization. This role goes beyond reporting. You will build the analytical foundation for pipeline execution effectiveness, forecast performance, and RevOps OKR tracking — ensuring our revenue engine operates with clarity and accountability. This position reports to our Director, Revenue Ops Systems & Tools, and has the opportunity to be based in our London, UK offices.
What you’ll do
- Stage-by-stage conversion rates (by segment and motion).
- Pipeline velocity and time-in-stage analysis.
- Slippage analysis (commit vs. close behavior).
- Pipeline coverage ratios (pipeline-to-quota benchmarks).
- Deal size progression and expansion attach rates.
- SE-involved vs. non-SE win-rate impact.
- Forecast accuracy trends (commit vs. actual variance).
- Opportunity aging and risk scoring indicators.
- Building and maintaining dashboards that track RevOps OKRs across:
- Forecast accuracy
- Conversion improvement
- GRR / NRR targets
- Pipeline coverage
- Adoption of operational standards
Skills you’ll bring
- 4–7+ years of Tableau development experience.
- Advanced Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server / Cloud proficiency.
- Strong SQL skills (joins, aggregations, window functions).
- Experience supporting Sales, RevOps, or SaaS revenue teams.
- Deep understanding of dashboard performance optimization.
- Advanced data modeling in Tableau.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data structures (opportunities, pipeline stages, ARR tracking).
- Experience working with data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue metrics:
- ARR / MRR
- Pipeline coverage
- Conversion rates
- GRR / NRR
- Forecast variance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multi-segment SaaS organizations.
- Familiarity with CS platforms (Planhat, Gainsight).
- Exposure to pipeline and forecast analytics.
- Experience building executive-level dashboards.
