Purpose of the role:
The role is simple, make sure our clients never miss an opportunity. From generating leads to handling inbound enquiries, we act as an extension of their business, helping turn interest into real conversations and commercial outcomes. It’s a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same. You’ll gain exposure to different sectors, work closely with clients, and play a key role in how they deliver value across the board.
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to support lead management and CRM activity during a period of maternity cover. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be at the centre of inbound activity, managing enquiries, qualifying leads, and making sure opportunities are followed up quickly and effectively. If you enjoy structured, process-led work but still want variety and client interaction, this is a great fit.
Key responsibilities
- Managing and triaging incoming leads via HubSpot
- Contacting enquirers to qualify opportunities over the phone
- Routing qualified leads to the relevant internal stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system
- Supporting ongoing communication between clients and enquirers
- Producing detailed monthly reports using HubSpot
- Ensuring all activity is properly documented and tracked through the pipeline
About you
- Confident speaking on the phone and qualifying leads
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience using HubSpot (essential)
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
