Are you a detail-driven QA professional who thrives on ensuring every weld, material and document meets the highest standards?
Were looking for a QA/QC Engineer to join our team and play a key role in delivering compliant, high-quality fabrication work.
What youll be doing
Youll take ownership of quality throughout the project lifecycle, working hands-on with standards, inspections, documentation and final manufacturing records.
- Standards & Compliance
- Interpret and apply key codes and procedures including EN 13480, RCC-M, RCC-E, BTR, BTS and EM09 to keep the project fully compliant.
- Inspection & Verification
- Review Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) to confirm they match material type, thickness and diameter.
- Check consumable control, welder qualifications (including prolongations) and material traceability.
- Verify that materials and dimensional accuracy match the isometrics/drawings.
- Confirm calibration status of equipment, gauges and measuring tools.
- Ensure welding parameters, procedures and SQEP personnel qualifications are followed.
- Review NDT reports for full compliance.
- Work Pack & Documentation Control
- Carry out thorough reviews of work packs checking signatures, stamps, sequential dates, revisions and that no fields are left blank (N/A applied where required).
- Confirm SQEP personnel understand and correctly complete inspection points.
- Perform final documentation reviews against client requirements.
- End of Manufacturing Records (EOMR)
- Compile the End of Manufacturing Report using the IRC format EOMR tool.
- Review scanned final documentation for correct format.
- Create Certificates of Conformity (Cf C), allocate ICRs and link any related NCRs or TQs.
- Complete a full EOMR review and make minor documentation amendments as needed.
