We’re a fast-growing B2B cold calling agency based in the UK working with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies down to early stage AI startups.

What we need:

  • We are hiring someone to help us book qualified appointments with decision-makers (CEOs, Directors, or Heads of Department) across our fintech clients.
  • We provide the lists.
  • We provide the scripts (though you can tweak if you like).
  • Every number is a mobile (no landlines).
  • We provide 121 live cold call coaching to make you a savage on the phones.
  • Every KPI we provide you with has been consistently achieved before.

Your role will include:

  • Making 30-40 connected outbound B2B conversations (depending on how many hours we agree to work) using scripts and briefs we provide per day. Typically you’ll only work on one client but also open to doing multiple if preferred.
  • Quickly understanding each client’s offer and adapting the pitch accordingly.
  • Handling objections professionally and keeping calls conversational.
  • Booking meetings directly into calendars.
  • Updating call outcomes and notes in our CRM after each interaction.

What we’re looking for:

  • Native or fluent English speaker with a neutral accent.
  • Proven experience in cold calling or appointment setting (minimum 1 year).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
