Due to continued business growth, we're looking for an organised and proactive Travel Administrator & Personal Assistant to join our luxury travel concierge business.
This is a varied role that combines travel operations with personal assistant responsibilities, supporting our small team in delivering exceptional service to clients while helping keep the business running smoothly and efficiently.
Hours
25 hours per week (Monday–Friday, typically 5 hours a day).
Pay
£13–£15 per hour, depending on experience, plus bonuses and personal travel / lifestyle benefits.
Location
Office-based in Caterham Valley, Surrey, with hybrid working available (1–2 days per week).
We're looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, a proactive approach and the confidence to manage a varied workload.
Experience in the travel industry, as a personal or executive assistant, office management or a similar administrative role would be an advantage.
Working as part of our small team, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the business, helping to ensure our clients continue to receive the exceptional service we're known for.
The Role
- Manage existing client bookings, including online check-in, seat selection, meals, extra baggage and other pre-departure arrangements.
- Liaise with clients, airlines, hotels, tour operators and other suppliers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Process travel bookings accurately using supplier websites and internal booking systems.
- Support the travel team with day-to-day travel administration and operational tasks.
- Assist with social media content and marketing activities.
- Provide personal assistant and administrative support across the business, helping to keep priorities organised and ensuring actions are followed through.
- Help identify and implement improvements to systems, processes and the overall efficiency of the business.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Is confident dealing with clients and suppliers in a professional manner.
- Can prioritise a varied workload and work independently.
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
- Ideally has experience in the travel industry, although this isn't essential.
