Im Wohnen Gaisbacherstraße orientieren wir uns am Klientenzentrierten Ansatz und begleiten unter anderem Menschen im Autismus-Spektrum. Das Wohnhaus befindet sich im Zentrum vom Gallneukirchen und liegt direkt an der Großen Gusen. Es bietet insgesamt Platz für 13 Bewohner:innen, die sich auf 4 Wohngemeinschaften mit offenen Wohn- und Essbereichen aufteilen - 1 Garcionerre wird teilbetreut.
WAS SIE ERWARTET
- Sie unterstützen und begleiten gerne Menschen mit Behinderung bei der Bewältigung der alltäglichen Lebensanforderungen.
- Ihnen ist eine ganzheitliche Alltagsgestaltung (pflegerische, hauswirtschaftliche, organisatorische Tätigkeiten, Freizeitbegleitung, etc.) wichtig.
- Sie sorgen dafür, dass die Bedürfnisse der von Ihnen begleiteten Menschen erfüllt werden und ermöglichen eine selbstbestimmte Lebensgestaltung.
WEN WIR SUCHEN
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Sozial- oder Gesundheitsbereich (z.B. Fachsozialbetreuer:in Behinderten- oder Altenarbeit).
