We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead and develop our team of Enterprise Account this first-line leadership role you will be responsible for driving the success and performance of your team through effective hiring coaching and hands-on management. Your primary focus will be on building a high-performing engaged sales team that consistently exceeds revenue targets and delivers strategic value to our enterprise customers.
Responsibilities Team Leadership & Coaching
- Act as a hands-on leader providing ongoing coaching mentorship and development opportunities for a team of Account Executives.
- Drive and cultivate a culture of prospecting and excellence across the team
- Conduct regular 1 : 1s pipeline reviews and performance check-ins to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Build a positive collaborative and high-performance team culture aligned with company values.
Hiring & Onboarding
- Lead the recruitment process for Account Executives in your region partnering with Talent Acquisition to identify and attract top talent.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and ramp-up of new hires through clear expectations training and development plans.
Performance Management
- Monitor team KPIs sales activity prospection results against standards of excellence and forecast accuracy to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Develop and implement continuous improvement plans for high-quality discovery using tools such as Discovery Sheets and the MEDDICC framework
- Identify and address performance gaps implementing coaching plans or corrective action as needed.
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and ensure sales processes are followed consistently.
Strategic Execution
- Partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams (Marketing RevOps Customer Success) to align on go-to-market strategy.
- Drive regional planning and territory optimization to maximize pipeline and deal velocity
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Marketing Sustainability or 6 years of experience in software / SAAS sales.
- 68 years of enterprise B2B sales experience with at least 23 years in a frontline sales management role.
- Proven track record of hiring and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Proven ability to lead with clarity and accountability with a strong coaching mindset.
- Demonstrated collaborative approach with experience working cross-functionally with senior leaders to align on strategy and execute against shared business goals.
- Strong understanding of complex consultative sales cycles and enterprise customer needs.
- Outstanding communication skills including both oral and written communication as well as active listening
- Experience working in fast-paced high-growth SaaS or tech environments is a strong asset.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot experience is an asset) and data-driven sales management.
- Deep understanding of MEDDPICC (an asset).
- Experience with ESG or sustainability (an asset).
