OVERVIEW

This award-winning full stack solution is growing off the back of investment into its technology, media and data solutions – resulting in new partnerships and global growth.

We\’re now hiring for another Senior TAM to oversee technical integrations, onboarding and support on new product rollout across major UK and International publishers.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead technical onboarding and ongoing support for major publisher integrations.
• Translate business goals into technical implementation plans.
• Confident in doing technical demos to drive adoption of new products and features.
• Act as the primary technical contact for publisher troubleshooting
• Maintain docs and improve support processes to ensure scalable, consistent execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve blockers and improve workflows.
• Represent publisher needs in internal product and tech discussions.
• Mentor junior team members and support internal enablement.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years in Technical Account Management or Programmatic Ad Operations.
