Our client is an established full-funnel display and video ads platform based in London (150+ people) and is in serious growth mode. As the Performance Advertising Sales Lead, you will be the commercial driver of their new performance product — winning budgets directly from clients/brands based on agreed outcomes (working to CPC, CPA or CPL metrics) as well as striking up revenue-generating partnerships with leading affiliate networks.
The role
- Own the performance sales pipeline end-to-end: securing high-value deals, proving ROI through pilots, and converting success into scalable adoption.
- Deliver a clear sales strategy around CPC/CPA, retargeting, and intent-led campaigns.
- Partner with activation teams to ensure seamless campaign launch and scale.
- Build benchmarks, case studies, and playbooks to drive repeatable growth.
- Up-skill the wider sales team on performance offerings and standardise reporting.
- Feed market insights into product pricing, positioning, and evolution.
- Prepare for future leadership by shaping structure and best practice for a specialist sales team.
